The Second Palestinian International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (PICICT 2017) will be held at the conference hall building, main campus, Islamic University of Gaza (IUG) during May 8-9, 2017. The conference is organized by the Faculty of Information Technology. It aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioners to exchange and` share their experiences, new ideas, developments, applications and research results on all aspects of information and communication technology and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

Conference Objectives

· To bring together experts in the field from inside and outside Palestine to exchange and enhance research cooperation.

· To present current research issues and proposed solutions in the field.

· To enhance scientific research in Palestine and with Arab and international expertise.

· Discuss the status of Information Technology and Infrastructure in Palestine and the Middle East.

Full Paper Submission:  February 1, 2017

Acceptance Notification: February 15, 2017

Camera-Ready paper submission: February 28, 2017

Early Registration: March 14, 2017

Conference Dates:  May 8-9, 2017
